jil16 Terms & Conditions – Your Complete User Agreement

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "jil16" / "Platform" / "Service" — refers to the online gaming platform operated at jil16.vip, including all games, sportsbook services, live casino, bingo, e-sabong, payment facilities, and customer support resources.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process at jil16.vip.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" — any natural person who accesses or uses jil16 services, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Real-Money Wager" — any bet, stake, or game entry funded by actual funds in the Player's jil16 wallet balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by jil16 subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry periods as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations before withdrawal privileges are granted.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "GCash" / "Maya" — Philippine mobile e-wallet services accepted as deposit and withdrawal methods on the jil16 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to or use of jil16 services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" — events beyond jil16's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cybersecurity incidents of an extraordinary nature.

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or receive winnings through jil16. This age requirement is set by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gaming operations in the Philippines. jil16 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC age verification. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any funds will be returned to the verified deposit source, and any winnings or bonus funds will be voided.

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on jil16. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. jil16 uses KYC documentation, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and IP verification to detect duplicate accounts. If a Player is found to hold more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jil16 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time and to suspend accounts where the information is found to be materially inaccurate or fraudulent.

The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain an account at jil16: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and agents of jil16 and its affiliated entities; (c) persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by PAGCOR from gaming activities; (d) persons using automation, bots, or third-party software to register; and (e) persons acting as a proxy or representative for an ineligible person.

jil16 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process requires submission of: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license); and (b) a clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID. Additional documentation may be requested if the initial submission is inconclusive or if your transaction profile requires enhanced due diligence.

jil16's KYC team reviews submitted documents during standard business hours. Once all required documentation is submitted and approved, full withdrawal access is granted to the verified account. jil16 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of verification, regardless of the amount involved.

Accounts that fail the KYC verification process — including those where submitted documents cannot be verified as authentic — will have withdrawal access suspended. jil16 reserves the right to void bonus funds and to return deposited amounts to the original payment source in such cases. Players who cannot complete KYC due to providing inaccurate registration details are not entitled to retain winnings derived from wagers placed prior to verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil16 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP if offered; (c) log out from shared or public devices after each session; and (d) notify jil16 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jil16 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jil16 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jil16 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from sharing your credentials with third parties or failing to log out from a shared device. However, once jil16 is notified of a security compromise, we will take reasonable steps to secure the account, including enforcing a password reset and temporarily suspending transactions pending investigation.

jil16 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Metrobank, Landbank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, InstaPay, and PESONet. The list of accepted payment methods may change at jil16's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

The minimum deposit amount at jil16 is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) for GCash and Maya transactions, and five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) for bank transfers. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are converted at jil16's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into your jil16 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. jil16 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified third-party sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected. Deposits made using fraudulently obtained payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

GCash and Maya deposits reflect in your jil16 wallet balance in under sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank process within five (5) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or technical disruptions on the payment provider's side. jil16 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to promotional terms; and (c) complied with all applicable identification and compliance requirements. jil16 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

jil16 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one (1) to four (4) business hours on banking business days. Crypto withdrawals process within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawal limits are tiered based on your KYC verification level and VIP status. Standard verified accounts have daily and weekly withdrawal limits as published in the jil16 account settings. VIP tier players may have elevated limits. jil16 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification requirements to withdrawal requests that are unusual in size or frequency.

jil16 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where: (a) the account is under KYC review; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) a bonus abuse investigation is in progress. jil16 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold and the expected resolution timeline to the Player via the account registered contact details.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jil16 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with this Section.

Bonus funds awarded by jil16 are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means the bonus value must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal can be requested). Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all as specified in the individual promotion terms.

jil16 reserves the right to void bonus funds and to close accounts where: (a) a Player opens multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) a group of Players coordinate betting strategies to exploit bonus terms (collusion); (c) a Player uses automated systems to place bets to clear wagering requirements; or (d) a Player places contradictory bets using bonus funds across accounts to guarantee a bonus outcome. jil16's determination of bonus abuse is final, subject to the disputes process in Section 18.

The jil16 welcome bonus and new player promotions are available to each verified player once only. Any attempt to claim a new player bonus multiple times — including through duplicate account registration — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on jil16 — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, e-sabong, and instant games — operate according to published game rules and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are accurate as certified by the game provider's independent testing laboratory.

E-sabong matches are conducted by licensed cockpit operators and streamed to jil16 players. In the event that a match is cancelled, declared a no-contest, or determined void by the cockpit operator, all related wagers placed through jil16 will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.

Sports betting markets offered by jil16 are subject to the following terms in addition to the general provisions of this Agreement:

• Odds are quoted at the time the bet is placed and are confirmed at the time of bet acceptance. Odds displayed on the site are subject to change before a bet is placed and accepted.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and market suspension during significant in-play events. jil16 is not liable for the inability to place or amend a live bet due to market suspension.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion and not replayed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules for that event.
• The maximum payout on any single sports betting ticket is subject to the limits published in jil16's sportsbook section. These limits may vary by sport, market, and bet type.
• jil16 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any betting market at its sole discretion, including on individual player accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (excluding live betting markets) will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil16 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation;
• Registering more than one (1) account on the jil16 platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jil16 platform;
• Colluding with other players or jil16 employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the jil16 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate sporting event outcomes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil16 customer support staff or other players;
• Charging back legitimate jil16 deposits or initiating fraudulent payment disputes;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

jil16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is subject to a fraud, money laundering, or collusion investigation; (c) the Player has provided false KYC information; (d) the account is subject to a self-exclusion order or a PAGCOR exclusion order; or (e) continued operation of the account presents a legal or regulatory risk to jil16.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jil16 live chat support. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited, and any pending withdrawal must be processed. Account closure does not affect jil16's obligation to retain your data for the period required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.

Upon account closure where no misconduct is involved, any verified balance remaining in your jil16 wallet (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the verified payment method on record. Where account closure results from a violation of these Terms, jil16 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to apply any applicable forfeiture provisions.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour delay.

• Session Time Alerts: Automated notifications after specified periods of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jil16 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jil16 content; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any jil16 software; use jil16's brand or trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jil16 platform by automated means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil16's total liability to you arising from or related to your use of the jil16 platform — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil16 account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil16 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential losses; (b) losses resulting from interrupted game sessions caused by your internet connection, device, or power supply; (c) losses or delays resulting from payment provider failures, bank disruptions, or third-party infrastructure outages; (d) losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security; or (e) events of Force Majeure.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jil16's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jil16's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at jil16.vip/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By using jil16, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jil16 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine data privacy law to retain certain player records — including transaction history, KYC documents, and account activity logs — for a period of five (5) years following account closure. Account closure does not trigger immediate deletion of all personal data.

jil16 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes that affect your rights or financial obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the jil16 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jil16 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jil16 platform and may request account closure by contacting support. The current version of these Terms is always available at jil16.vip/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as applicable to the jil16 platform.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 18 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By using the jil16 platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of all such disputes.

jil16 provides 24/7 customer support via live chat accessible from the account dashboard. Players with questions about these Terms, their account, transactions, or any other jil16 service are encouraged to contact support via live chat as the fastest resolution channel.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding jil16 services, the following process applies:
